Introduction

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to boost natural testosterone, maintain testicular size, enhance fertility while on a cycle, or lose fat.

To get started, you will need the following items.

Preparation Steps

  1. Pop off the lids of the HCG vial and the BAC water vial.
  2. Wipe the top of the BAC water vial with an alcohol swab and wait for it to dry.
  3. Repeat step 2 for the HCG vial.
  4. Draw 2mL of BAC water (or 1ml at a time if using a 1mL syringe) with a syringe.
  5. Inject 2mL BAC water into the HCG vial to reconstitute the HCG.

Note: Once reconstituted with 2mL, no more BAC water needs to be added.

Dosing

After reconstitution, determine your desired dose.

  • Safety-first: 100IU weekly, and increase by 100 each week as long as no unwanted effects arise
  • Low: 500IU per week
  • Medium: 250IU every other day or 250IU per day
  • High: 500+IU per day

Injection

To determine how much liquid you need for your dose, divide your desired dose by the concentration. For example, for a dose of 250iu, you would need 250iu / 2500iu/ml = 0.10ml or 10 units on an insulin syringe. This can also be calculated using a peptide calculator (source). Perform a subcutaneous injection and dispose of the needle responsibly. Do not reuse needles.

Storage

Store your reconstituted HCG in the fridge, and any remaining powder vials in the freezer to prolong shelf life.

FAQ

Do I need to be on testosterone to use HCG?

No, naturals can get great benefits to their testosterone levels without using testosterone.

Will HCG suppress my natural test levels? Do I need to PCT if I stop using?

No, HCG increases your natural test levels - unlike injectable testosterone, which suppresses and replaces them. HCG does suppress natural LH production, but this returns to normal rapidly after stopping HCG use. You do not need to PCT from HCG, your testosterone levels will return to where they were before when you stop using.
